"Big Brother effect" is thoroughly considered and virtual cop appears only when the driver breaks the law.

Private of the citizens will be kept carefully and the system will not record and preserve any information related to motorists driving legally.

I have an uneasy feeling that we can save hundreds of people a year and nothing is done.

Related to this, there are thousands of wounded people and considerable financial losses.

It is now possible to run a small system order of tens of vehicles to demonstrate the feasibility.

All the tools are existing but not used!

The system will help police identify speeders and it will help law enforcement and reducing vulnerability to life and property.

The drivers will understand over time that they can't escape the hands of law when all had identified and recorded.

This understanding is the education way that cause drivers not breaking the law and operate under the law and the roads conditions.

I'll go to anywhere and to any forum to explain the proposed system and answer questions, as needed.
